Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and we want to ensure you be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you are ever dissatisfied with the products you have purchased, don't worry, the return/refund process is easy! Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will take care of you from there. 

Please email us at support@fittop.com first to get a RMA# before you return your goods. Please also read our Return Policy below to understand the specific circumstances how we process return and refund.

Return Window
You have 30 Days to return your order for a refund (Please note that products without manufacturing defects after unpacking cannot be returned).

Non-refundable Cases
Fittop accepts most returns within the 30-day return window, but we DO NOT accept  returns for certain circumstances. Please carefully review the following scenarios in which you would not qualify for a refund.

1. Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window, or product without RMA#

2. Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly or usage, obvious man-made damage, etc).

3. Products taken out of original packaging without manufacture defects.

4. Returns that are typically categorized under non-manufacturing defects include but are not limited to:
4.1 Return(s) exclusively because of damage to the outer packaging.
4.2 Return(s) caused by duplicated orders.
4.3 Return(s) caused by cancellation request(s) sent after the order has been shipped.
4.4 Return(s) caused by inaccurate shipping address provided upon order placement.
4.5 Return(s) not based on the product having a manufacturer's defect and simply due to the customer's personal preference.
